Training and prevention of workplace harassment and discrimination in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland

Preventing harassment is a legal obligation for employers (art. 328 CO, art. 6 LTr). But a scheme only protects people if it is alive. In Switzerland, fewer than 2% of employees turn to their person of trust (source: Le Temps). Training teams gives them the words to recognise a risk situation, and the reflex to act early. Rez-Care designs training for companies and organisations in Geneva and throughout French-speaking Switzerland, from SMEs to large groups.

Yes. Each training course is adapted to your sector, culture and challenges, based on a preliminary discussion with management or HR.

Is training enough to meet our obligations?

Training is a pillar of prevention, but it does not replace a complete scheme: a person of trust independent of the hierarchy and a procedure for handling reports. Our Rezalliance Protect offer brings everything together, from prevention to resolution.
