Does this sound familiar?
Hurtful remarks that keep coming back, being sidelined, tasks withdrawn or a sudden overload, sexual remarks or gestures, dreading going to work: what you are going through deserves to be heard and taken seriously. Not sure what is happening to you? Our self-assessment questionnaires, for targets as well as witnesses, help you identify a harassment situation (psychological, sexual or other). Your answers are treated in the strictest confidence (how we process your data).
How we support you
One single point of contact, then the right experts at the right time. You decide, at every step. Download the Individual support leaflet (PDF, in French)
1. Understand your situation
The guidance session (1 hour, CHF 200) gives you an initial framing: a structured, objective reading of what you are going through, what may constitute harassment or an organisational dysfunction, your realistic options, internal and external, and a first action plan.
2. Protect yourself
Documenting the facts effectively, taking the first protective measures and preserving your health. Our therapists, carefully selected by us, offer a range of approaches to help you regain your emotional balance and make sense of what you are going through. Skipping this step can be harmful.
3. Stand up for yourself
When dialogue with the employer becomes difficult, lawyers selected by Rez-Care, familiar with harassment and discrimination and mostly trained in mediation, advise you on the best possible outcome: mediation, negotiation or legal proceedings.
4. Bounce back
Certified coaches help you regain confidence, take your career back in hand, find a new job or reinvent yourself in a new profession, with a method and tools suited to your personality and situation.
Two ways to access our services
Your employer has appointed Rezalliance
If your employer has appointed Rezalliance as its external person of trust, use the channel your employer has communicated to you. Listening is confidential and independent of your line management.
You are acting on your own behalf
Your employer is not a partner, or you prefer to act on your own? Book a guidance session directly. We will then refer you, if needed, to the experts in our network.
Frequently asked questions
Is mediation possible?
Often yes, as long as dialogue has not broken down. Mediation is voluntary and confidential: a neutral mediator helps each party express their needs and build a solution acceptable to all (clarifying roles, reorganising work, apologising, making amends). It is not always suitable: if you feel in danger, if the balance of power is too unequal or if the facts are serious, particularly in cases of sexual harassment, other routes are preferable. The guidance session is precisely the place to assess whether mediation suits your situation.
Can the termination of the employment contract be avoided?
In many cases, yes. Your employer has a legal obligation to protect your personality and health (art. 328 Swiss Code of Obligations): reporting the situation in writing to HR, management or the person of trust requires them to act. Avoid resigning in the heat of the moment: you could lose rights, particularly with unemployment insurance. If a termination becomes unavoidable, it is better to prepare it than to suffer it: document the facts, know your rights and negotiate a fair exit with the support of a lawyer. We help you weigh each option before you decide.
