Harassment Officer
Why this training?
Today, companies face growing complexity in handling workplace harassment situations. Despite the introduction of schemes such as persons of trust (PCE), reports remain rare: fewer than 2% of employees in Switzerland contact their person of trust (source: Le Temps). There are many reasons:
✦ The scheme is little known or poorly promoted internally,
✦ Perceived lack of specialisation in harassment situations,
✦ Fear of a lack of neutrality from internal persons of trust,
✦ A sense of isolation or unclear case handling.
Meeting these challenges affirms a company's commitment to being responsible, humane and preventive.
La Workplace Harassment Officer training designed by Rez-Care therefore fills a structural gap: it aims to create a specialised point of contact who is identifiable, trained and supported over time, consistent with your internal policy on preventing psychosocial risks.

The Workplace Harassment Baroscope:
Much more than a visual: a practical tool for spotting early warning signs at a glance.
Harassment rarely sets in all at once: it starts with remarks, being sidelined, “jokes”. The Baroscope lets you place these behaviours at a glance, from the most trivial to the most serious, so you know when it is time to act.
Inspired by the “violentomètre” (violence meter) and adapted to the workplace, it is the core tool of our harassment prevention and conflict management workshops. A printed visual tool, available in several languages, to display, hand out or use in workshops.

“The quality of a working environment is not measured solely by figures and performance indicators, but also, and perhaps above all, by the way each person is considered and listened to. The world of work must be a space of respect, fairness and inclusion where everyone, whatever their origin, gender, identity or background, has their place.” .
